A brief explanation of Bose Modeler and Auditioner
The listening device shown to the left is a Bose Auditioner® playback system. This device and the associated software is the most advanced sound system design tool in the world.

It’s made by BOSE for use by a select number of dealers. We are proud to not only be in that number but to be included in the Very Few that participate in advance training and Beta testing of new versions of their software.

We have hitched our wagon to this star. Not a difficult decision considering the power of the Bose name and their engineering prowess. But it does provide us, as in you (the customer) and EMI Audio (the Designer/Dealer) with a historical advantage in making good sound systems and improving room acoustics.

Most of our sound system installations follow the same tried and true pattern. We meet with the customer to determine their needs. Our experience in this process helps assure the customer that they get all of the sound system features that they need. Add-ons after fact are never as successful as a well integrated initial plan.

Then, using Bose Modeler software, we make a computer model of the church. This detailed tool contains not only the size and shape (which helps us determine the coverage area needed) but also has the detail of the construction and room material details. This important step gives us the room reverberation information.

The reverberation of the room (many churches have long reverb times) lets us the know intelligibility of any sound system we might use in the room.

Using Bose Auditioner (shown being demonstrated to the right) we are then able to actually hear how the sound system will perform in the room.
