St Johns wanted a multiple input system that was
easy to control. They do not have a full time sound system operator.
Due to the size and shape of the church, multiple
speakers were needed. Many different delays, EQ curves and levels
were needed.
|
The speakers in this system were chosen for their
coverage patterns and total output. Bose speakers all sound very
similar making this approach very successful.

Crown's IQ system was used to provide the delays and EQ curves needed.
The distributed intelligence of the system makes it reliable. The
fewer products needed and the smaller rack along with less installation
costs makes this system a valuable asset.

A Shure 392
